In preparation for the Sacrament of Baptism for children, parents should call the rectory to schedule a Pre-Jordan class.
Pre-Jordan
The opportunity for parents of babies who are to be baptized, to properly prepare for the sacrament. Sessions are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:30 PM in the church. For more information or to register please contact Deacon Duffy at 215-637-7548 ext. 204. .
Baptismal Schedule
St. Katherine of Siena conducts Baptisms on the first and third Sunday of the month at 1:00 P.M.
Penance
Baptized children of the parish are usually in third grade when they celebrate the Rite of Reconciliation also know as Penance or Confession for the first time. Preparation and plans for this Sacrament are made through the Parish school or the Parish Religious Education Program (PREP).
Penance Schedule
The Rite of Reconciliation is celebrated every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and First Fridays from 7:20 - 7:50 a.m.
Holy Eucharist
Baptized children of the parish are usually in third grade when they celebrate the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist for the first time. Preparation and plans for this Sacrament are made through the Parish school or the Parish Religious Education Program (PREP). The Sacrament of First Holy Eucharist typically takes place the last Saturday in April, the date closest to St. Katherine of Siena's feast day, April 29.
Eucharist Schedule
• The Catholic Community is free to celebrate the Eucharist (Communion) daily Monday thru Saturday at the 6:30 a.m. mass and 8:00 am Mass
• Weekly at the Vigil Mass on Saturdays at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday Masses at 6:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
• Holy Days - 6:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.
Confirmation
Baptized children of the parish are now in the seventh grade when they celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation. Preparation and plans for this Sacrament are made through the Parish school and the Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) in conjunction with the Bishop’s schedule of availability. The date of our celebration of Confirmation in 2023 is March 25.
Matrimony
Couples wishing to celebrate the Sacrament of Matrimony (Marriage) should call the Rectory at least six months prior to a desired wedding date to set up a meeting.
Pre-Cana
Program designed for those engaged couples preparing for sacrament of marriage. Offered in a one day session a team of married couples present and share experiences on a range of topics. Two sessions are typically scheduled each year; one in the Fall and the Spring.

Sacrament of the Sick
Members of the Community who are dealing with a serious illness or surgery may call the rectory to request that a priest anoint them with the Holy Oils of the Sacrament.
